Lucknow: The first presentation was given under the Efficiency Enhancement Lecture series under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary. In the lecture series, Dr. Aditya Kapoor, Head of the Department of Cardiology, SGPGI gave a presentation on the topic of healthy heart, of heart attack and first aid. In his address, the Chief Secretary said that a person does not get sick by doing work, but by not enjoying the work and taking stress. Life of every person is important, so everyone should work without stress.
स्वस्थ हृदय, हृदयाघात से बचाव एवं प्राथमिक चिकित्सा विषय पर प्रस्तुतीकरण
लखनऊ: मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में कार्यक्षमता वृद्धि व्याख्यानमाला के अन्तर्गत प्रथम प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया गया। व्याख्यानमाला में एसजीपीजीआई के कार्डियोलॉजी विभाग के विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ0 आदित्य कपूर ने स्वस्थ हृदय, हृदयाघात से बचाव एवं प्राथमिक चिकित्सा विषय पर प्रस्तुतीकरण दिया। अपने संबोधन में मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि कार्य करने से कोई व्यक्ति बीमार नहीं होता है, बल्कि कार्य का आनंद न लेकर तनाव लेने से बीमार होता है। हर व्यक्ति का जीवन महत्वपूर्ण है, इसलिये सभी को तनावमुक्त रहकर कार्य करना चाहिये।

सी0पी0आर0 देकर जान बचाई जा सकती है
डॉ0 आदित्य कपूर ने बताया कि, जागरूकता की कमी के कारण कई बार लोगों को हार्ट अटैक से आकस्मिक निधन हो जाता है। हार्ट अटैक आने के बाद पीड़ित व्यक्ति के लिये चंद मिनट बेहद महत्वपूर्ण होते हैं। सी0पी0आर0 देकर जान बचाई जा सकती है, यह एक लाइफ़ सेविंग टेक्नीक है, जिसका इस्तेमाल हार्ट अटैक (दिल का दौरा) के दौरान किया जाता है। अगर किसी इंसान के दिल की धड़कन बंद हो जाए, तो घर से अस्पताल जाने के दौरान सीपीआर लाइफ़ सेविंग का कार्य करता है।
