Now handicapped will also be able to take house under the Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana (Rural) Scheme
Under the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme (Rural), disabled families will get housing
Lucknow: A good initiative taken by the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Keshav Prasad Maurya. It has been decided by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to include such differently-abled families of rural areas of Uttar Pradesh, who are residing in houseless / raw / dilapidated houses, in the eligibility category of Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana (Rural). A necessary mandate in this regard has been issued by the Rural Development Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
दिव्यांग परिवारों को मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के तहत मिलेंगे आवास
Lucknow: उत्तर प्रदेश के उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने एक अच्छी पहल की है। उत्तर प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के ऐसे दिव्यांग परिवार, जोकि आवासविहीन/कच्चे/जर्जर आवास में निवास कर रहे हैं, उन्हें उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) की पात्रता श्रेणी में सम्मिलित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है। इस संबंध में आवश्यक शासनादेश उत्तर प्रदेश शासन ग्राम्य विकास विभाग द्वारा निर्गत कर दिया गया है।
The categories of persons with disabilities will be under the Act 2016 for selection as per rules in the scheme
Let us inform that, in a mandate issued here, it has been said that the categories of persons with disabilities for selection in this scheme will be the same as specified/defined in the schedule of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. Along with this, eligibility for disability will also be the same as mentioned in section 2 (d) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016. It has been clarified in the issued mandate that, it has been decided to include eligible persons of the disabled category in sub-paragraph 3.4 of the priority category level-2 of the eligibility prescribed in the Chief Minister's Housing Scheme (Rural).
योजना में नियमानुसार चयन के लिए दिव्यांगजनों की श्रेणियां अधिनियम 2016 के तहत होंगी
बता दें कि, यहां जारी एक शासनादेश में कहा गया है कि, इस योजना में नियमानुसार चयन के लिए दिव्यांगजनों की श्रेणियां वही होंगी, जैसा कि दिव्यांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम 2016 की अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट/परिभाषित हैं। इसके साथ दिव्यांगता की पात्रता भी वही होगी, जैसा कि दिव्यांगजन अधिकार अधिनियम 2016 की धारा 2 (द) में उल्लिखित है। जारी शासनादेश में स्पष्ट किया गया है कि, मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) में निर्धारित पात्रता की प्राथमिकता श्रेणी प्रस्तर-2 के उपप्रस्तर 3.4 में दिव्यांग जनों की श्रेणी के पात्र व्यक्तियों को भी सम्मिलित किये जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
It has been decided to include persons with disabilities in the category of Chief Minister's Housing Scheme under the rules.
It is noteworthy that, for the implementation of Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana (Rural), certain sections/communities/castes/tribes have been included in various priority categories of eligibility prescribed under the scheme by the previous government orders. Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya told that there are some such handicapped people during his Janta Darshan, tour of different districts. Those who could not get accommodation due to any reason, demand to provide accommodation. In view of these conditions, it has been decided to include persons with disabilities in the category of Chief Minister Housing Scheme under the rules.
दिव्यांग जनों को मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना की श्रेणी मे नियमों के तहत सम्मिलित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है
उल्लेखनीय है कि, मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के क्रियान्वयन हेतु पूर्व के शासनादेशो द्वारा कतिपय वर्ग/समुदाय/ जातियों/जनजातियों को योजनान्तर्गत निर्धारित पात्रता की विभिन्न प्राथमिकता श्रेणियों में सम्मिलित किया जाता रहा है। उप मुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य ने बताया कि, उनके जनता दर्शन, विभिन्न ज़िलों के भ्रमण के दौरान कतिपय ऐसे दिव्यांगजन हैं। जो किन्ही कारणों से आवास नहीं पा सके हैं,आवास उपलब्ध कराने की मांग करते हैं। इन स्थितियों को देखते हुए दिव्यांग जनों को मुख्यमंत्री आवास योजना की श्रेणी मे नियमों के तहत सम्मिलित करने का निर्णय लिया गया है।
