Lucknow: Chief Secretary and President of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences Durga Shankar Mishra participated in a seminar on Digital Health Re imagining Healthcare for 21st Century organized at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences. On this occasion, an MoU was signed between Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences and IIT Kanpur to promote the initiative of Digital Health Platform.

लखनऊ: मुख्य सचिव एवं डॉ0 राममनोहर लोहिया आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान के अध्यक्ष दुर्गा शंकर मिश्र ने डॉ0 राममनोहर लोहिया आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान में डिजिटल हेल्थ रि-इमेजिनिंग हेल्थकेयर फॉर 21 सेंचुरी विषय पर आयोजित संगोष्ठी में प्रतिभाग किया। इस अवसर पर डॉ0 राममनोहर लोहिया आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान एवं आई0आई0टी0 कानपुर के मध्य डिजिटल स्वास्थ्य मंच के पहल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक एम0ओ0यू0 साइन किया गया।

In the program (Digital Health Re imagining Healthcare for 21st Century), the Chief Secretary heard the views of the Chief Guest of the program Padma Bhushan Dr. Devi Shetty. He said that Uttar Pradesh health care sector is moving towards digitization. Padma Bhushan Dr. Devi Shetty is also an entrepreneur after being a senior doctor, he thinks about the life of the common man.

कार्यक्रम में मुख्य सचिव ने कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि पद्म भूषण डा. देवी शेट्टी जी के विचारों को सुना। उन्होंने कहा कि, उत्तर प्रदेश हेल्थ केयर सेक्टर डिजिटाइज़ेशन की ओर अग्रसर है। पद्मभूषण डा0 देवी शेट्टी सीनियर डॉक्टर होने के बाद entrepreneur भी हैं, वह आम जनमानस की जिंदगी के बारे में सोचते हैं।

Electronic medical records will make healthcare safe, accessible and affordable. Nearly 80 percent of the world's hospitals do not have electronic medical records. It is our endeavor to have the smartest electronic medical record. He appealed to students to develop digital devices at a cheaper rate, so that the lives of common citizens can also be made easier.
दुनिया के लगभग 80 प्रतिशत अस्पतालों में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध नहीं हैं
तत्पश्चात अपने संबोधन में पद्मभूषण डा. देवी शेट्टी ने कहा कि आज हेल्थ सेक्टर में डिजिटाइजेशन बहुत ज़रूरी है। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड से स्वास्थ्य सेवा सुरक्षित, सुलभ और सस्ती हो जाएगी। दुनिया के लगभग 80 प्रतिशत अस्पतालों में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड उपलब्ध नहीं हैं। हमारा प्रयास है कि, सबसे स्मार्ट इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड हो। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से अपील की कि, वह डिजिटल उपकरण सस्ते दर पर विकसित करें, जिससे आम नागरिकों का जीवन भी आसान हो सके।

The Chief Secretary said that, Chase your dream and work from heart. Sharing his life experience, he said that most of the good things in my life came in the second or third attempt, so never give up. Set your goal and work hard with determination. There are very few people who get success in the first attempt.

A seminar on Digital Health Re-imagining Healthcare for the 21st Century organized at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciencesमुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि, अपने सपने के पीछे भागो और दिल से काम लो। अपने जीवन का अनुभव बांटते हुए बोले कि, ज़्यादातर मेरे जीवन की अच्छी चीज़ें दूसरे या तीसरे प्रयास में मिलीं, इसलिए कभी हार नहीं मानना चाहिए। अपने लक्ष्य को निर्धारित कर लगातार निष्ठा के साथ परिश्रम करते रहें। बहुत कम लोग होते हैं, जिन्हें पहले प्रयास में सफ़लता मिलती है।

उन्होंने कहा कि, जिस दुनिया में आप एक युवा छात्र के रूप में आई0आई0टी0 में शामिल हुए, वह उस दुनिया से नाटकीय रूप से अलग है, जिसमें अब आप कदम रखने जा रहे हैं। डिग्री को अधिक महत्व न दें, हमें अपने कार्य के प्रति निष्ठा और जुनून होना चाहिए। हमें ख़ुद को खोजना चाहिए, जिससे लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति में आसानी हो।
