Demand regarding confirmation of Rural Development employees after promotion
Lucknow: Accounts Employees Union Uttar Pradesh wrote a letter to the Director of Internal Accounts and Audit, Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. Through the letter, demand has been made from the assistant accountant regarding the confirmation of the employee posted on the accountant post after promotion, pending from the directorate level since 2016.
कार्मिकों की पदोन्नति के बाद स्थायीकरण किए जाने के सम्बन्ध में मांग
ग्राम्य विकास लेखा कर्मचारी संघ उत्तर प्रदेश ने मंगलवार को निदेशक, आंतरिक लेखा एवं लेखा परीक्षा, उत्तर प्रदेश को लिखा पत्र। पत्र के ज़रिये सहायक लेखाकार से लेखाकार के पद पर पदस्थ किए गए कार्मिकों की पदोन्नति के बाद स्थायीकरण किए जाने के सम्बन्ध में मांग की गयी है जोकि, वर्ष 2016 से निदेशालय स्तर से लम्बित है।
Personnel are not able to register necessary service related information related to their pension case
Let us inform you that, through a letter, the Provincial General Secretary, Rural Development Accounts Employees Union, Uttar Pradesh, Uday Kumar Srivastava demanded from the Director, Internal Accounts and Audit, Uttar Pradesh. Provincial General Secretary, Uday Kumar Srivastava has written in the letter that, the process of confirmation of the employees promoted from the Directorate level has not yet been done.
In such a situation, it is necessary to enter the letter and date of confirmation in the pension portal. Otherwise, the next page will not open. The concerned personnel is not able to register the necessary service-related information related to their pension case.
A copy of the said letter has also been sent by the union to the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, Uttar Pradesh, and Chief Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Government.
कार्मिक अपनी पेंशन प्रकरण से सम्बन्धित सेवा सम्बन्धी आवश्यक सूचनाएं दर्ज नहीं करा पा रहे
बता दें कि, पत्र के माध्यम से ग्रामीण विकास लेखा कर्मचारी संघ उत्तर प्रदेश के प्रान्तीय महामंत्री, उदय कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने निदेशक आन्तरिक लेखा एवं लेखा परीक्षा उत्तर प्रदेश से मांग की। प्रान्तीय महामंत्री, उदय कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने पत्र में लिखा है कि, निदेशालय स्तर से पदोन्नति प्राप्त कार्मिकों के स्थायीकरण की कार्यवाही अभी तक नहीं हुई है।
ऐसे में पेंशन पोर्टल में स्थायीकरण का पत्रांक एवं दिनांक डालना ज़रूरी होता है। अन्यथा की स्थिति में अगला पेज नहीं खुलता है। सम्बन्धित कार्मिक अपनी पेंशन प्रकरण से सम्बन्धित सेवा सम्बन्धी आवश्यक सूचनाएं दर्ज नहीं करा पा रहे हैं।
उक्त पत्र की प्रति अपर मुख्य सचिव, वित्त उत्तर प्रदेश एवं मुख्य सचिव उत्तर प्रदेश शासन को भी संघ द्वारा भेजी गई है।
