Tragedy Strikes Bollywood Actor Pankaj Tripathi’s Family: Fatal Road Accident Claims Brother-in-law’s Life, Sister Critically Injured
Fatal Road Accident: In a heartbreaking turn of events, a car accident on the National Highway in the Nirsa Police Station area of Dhanbad has resulted in the untimely death of Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi’s brother-in-law, while his sister is critically injured. She has been rushed to SNMMCH for treatment. Upon receiving this news, Pankaj Tripathi himself has embarked on a journey from Kolkata to Dhanbad via road.
The incident unfolded on Saturday evening, around 4 p.m., near NH-32 close to Nirsa Chowk in Dhanbad district, where Pankaj Tripathi’s sister, Savita Tiwari, was involved in a road accident along with her husband, Rakesh Tiwari. They were traveling from Gopalganj, Bihar, to Chittaranjan, where Rakesh worked at the railway factory. While trying to avoid an auto during the accident, they lost control of their car, which collided with a three-feet high divider. The car was moving at a considerable speed.
In this tragic accident, Rakesh Tiwari and his wife sustained severe injuries, with Rakesh suffering a serious head injury. Upon receiving information, the police from Nirsa station, with the help of local residents, immediately arranged for an ambulance to transport them to SNMMCH for medical treatment. Unfortunately, Rakesh Tiwari succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The condition of Savita Tiwari remains critical, and preparations are underway to transfer her to Kolkata for better medical care. Meanwhile, the news of the road accident and the loss of Pankaj Tripathi’s brother-in-law has sent shockwaves through the region, with a large number of his supporters and fellow artists gathering at SNMMCH, eagerly awaiting Pankaj Tripathi’s arrival.
The deceased’s nephew has also been rushed to the hospital from Bokaro. Efforts are being made to ensure Savita Tiwari receives the best possible treatment in Kolkata.
