Sculptors are busy finalizing the Ganesh idols for the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi festival. The idol artisans, who bring alive the sculptures with their fine art, are also forced to go through the times of poverty at this time.
मूर्ति कारीगर इस समय ग़रीबी के दौर से गुज़रने को भी मजबूर हैं
जालौन(एजेंसी): कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के बाद अब चाैक चौराहों, मंदिरों ओर घरों में गणेश जी विराजमान होंगे। आग़ामी गणेश उत्सव को लेकर मूर्तिकार गणेश प्रतिमाओं को अंतिम रूप देने में जुटे हैं। अपनी बारीकी कला से मूर्तियों को जीवंत रूप देने वाले, मूर्ति कारीगर इस समय ग़रीबी के दौर से गुज़रने को भी मजबूर हैं।

Today we reached among the artisans making Ganesh idols and tried to know their condition, they told that due to inflation they are not getting the price for their hard work because the raw material used to make the idol, clay colour, Paddy, straw, para wood, tare, brush and gum are also being affected by inflation.
महंगाई के कारण उनकी मेहनत की कीमत अब उनको नहीं मिल पा रही है
गणेश प्रतिमा बनाने वाले कारीगरों के बीच आज हमने पहुंचकर उनके हाल जानने की कोशिश की तो उन्होंने बताया कि महंगाई के कारण उनकी मेहनत की कीमत अब उनको नहीं मिल पा रही है क्योंकि मूर्ति बनाने के लिए जो रॉ मटेरियल इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, मिट्टी रंग, धान, भूसा, पैरा लकड़ी, बारदाना, ब्रश एवं गोंद उस पर भी महंगाई की मार देखने को मिल रही है।

He told that due to his family profession, he is currently making idols, but due to this, it is becoming difficult to bear the expenses of the house. During the year Ganesh Chaturthi festival and Navratri, whatever idols they make and do business, the same way the house is spent throughout the year. But now it is difficult to survive due to inflation.
अब महंगाई के कारण बड़ी मुश्किल से जीवन का गुज़ारा होता है।
इसके अलावा जी तोड़ मेहनत करने के बावजूद भी वह अपने परिवार का भरण पोषण अच्छे से नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया उनका एक ख़ानदानी पेशा होने के कारण वह अभी मूर्ति निर्माण कर रहे हैं, लेकिन इससे अब घर चलाना मुश्किल हो रहा है। साल भर में गणेश उत्सव और नवरात्रि में जो भी मूर्तियां निर्माण करके व्यापार कर लेते हैं उसी से साल भर जैसे तैसे घर की गाड़ी खींची जाती है। लेकिन अब महंगाई के कारण बड़ी मुश्किल से जीवन का गुज़ारा होता है।
