SP holds conferences with tendu leaf merchants, contractors of the LWE affected areas in Bhadradri Kothagudem district

Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju on Wednesday held a gathering with the tendu leaf merchants and contractors in Kothagudem city of Bhadradri Kothagudem district.

Tendu leaf merchants and contractors from the Left-Wing Extremism (LWE) affected areas of Bhadradri-Kothagudem district, bordering Chhattisgarh, attended the assembly, sources stated.

Mr Rohith Raju inquired in regards to the points dealing with them within the areas alongside the Telangana-Chhattisgarh border and requested them to safeguard the pursuits of Adivasi depending on tendu leaf assortment, the prime supply of supplementary revenue for them.
