Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Get together chief Pashupati Kumar Paras on March 19 resigned from the Union Cupboard,. after his celebration was not given a single seat within the NDA coalition for Bihar for which seat distribution was performed on Monday in Delhi.
Whereas resigning from the Union Cupboard, Mr. Paras stated “injustice has been performed with my celebration”. Mr. Paras made temporary remarks on the press convention about his resignation and didn’t elaborate about his future plans.
Pashupati Kumar Paras is Meals Processing Industries Minister, and brother of the late Ram Vilas Paswan.
Mr. Paras wished to contest Hajipur (reserved) Lok Sabha seat in Bihar and was at loggerheads together with his estranged nephew Chirag Paswan. Mr. Paswan’s celebration obtained 5 seats, together with Hajipur, in NDA seat allocation on March 18.
Mr. Paras is the sitting MP from Hajipur, a constituency the place his brother Ram Vilas Paswan received a file eight instances. Mr. Paswan’s son Chirag plans to contest from Hajipur this time.
