Momma Linda's Enchiladas
These enchiladas is probably not the prettiest, however boy are they tasty! It is a no-frills dish with Tex-Mex taste. They are not conventional enchiladas. Flour tortillas substitute extra conventional corn and are filled with floor beef, beans, and cheese. Chili on prime replaces conventional enchilada sauce and provides tons of taste to this easy dinner. Serve with beans and rice for a meal that may feed a crowd.
