Over 15 Lakh New Voters To Vote First Time In Rajasthan

 Greater than 15 lakh new electors in Rajasthan will vote for the primary time within the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, state Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Praveen Gupta mentioned on Thursday.

A complete of greater than 5.32 crore voters are registered within the state for the overall elections 2024. Of those, 2,74,75,971 are males, 2,53,51,276 are girls, Gupta mentioned.

He mentioned that 15,54,604 new voters aged 18-19 years have been added to the electoral roll after the latest state meeting elections who will train their franchise for the primary time within the upcoming elections.

A complete of 616 individuals of third gender are registered within the new voter record, he added.

The CEO mentioned throughout the Rajasthan meeting elections in November final yr, over 5.6 lakh disabled voters and 11.72 lakh voters above 80 years of age had been registered within the state, whose numbers have now elevated to five,72,965 and 12,85,960 respectively.

Gupta added that info concerning built-in voter lists was given in a gathering with representatives of political events on Thursday.
