Lucknow: In a significant rejig, 18 IPS officers, together with 11 district police chiefs, had been transferred in UP on late Thursday. Superintendent of police in GRP Lucknow, Dev Ranjan Verma, is the brand new Ballia SP, whereas Ballia SP S Anand, who was promoted, is the brand new DIG STF. SP in ATS, Abhishek Singh, has been despatched to Muzaffarnagar as SP whereas Muzaffarnagar SP Sanjeev Suman is the brand new Aligarh SSP.TNN
