Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on December 29 stated ‘December 30’ can be a ‘historic day’ for India with the inauguration of the Ayodhya airport, which can be expanded vastly within the second part by augmenting general space and growing the runway size.

The Ayodhya airport, which can be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 30, is constructed over an space of 6,500 sq. metres.

In an interview to PTI, Mr. Scindia stated the connectivity from the Ayodhya airport will solely develop within the days to come back.

“There may be large potential with civil aviation throughout the nation offering functionality and particularly for Ayodhya which is religiously and spiritually entwined in our hearts,” he stated.
