This German chocolate cheesecake mimics the flavors of the well-known cake and is scrumptious. It has a chewy brownie base with a chocolate chip and coconut cheesecake filling. Then, there is a layer of silky chocolate ganache that is topped off with a standard German chocolate cake frosting. The combination of textures and flavors makes this cheesecake very spectacular when served to friends. To make it barely fancier, we piped chocolate frosting across the edges.
