Uttar Pradesh authorities has determined to authorise the ministers of respective departments to approve the revised prices of growth initiatives if it has modified resulting from variation within the charge of GST/VAT.

“Approval of departmental ministers can be enough on the proposals of revised expenditure if the undertaking price has modified resulting from variation within the charge of GST/VAT,” mentioned extra chief secretary, finance, Deepak Kumar, in an order dated December 12, 2023.
