2 killed in highway accidents in Pilibhit; man discovered hanging | Lucknow Information
PILIBHIT: Two individuals have been killed and one individual was critically injured in two separate highway incidents in Pilibhit district since Friday night. Other than this, a 25-year-old man was discovered hanging from a tree on Saturday.
The three our bodies have been despatched for autopsy, whereas the injured man was shifted to the Pilibhit district hospital. No FIR has been registered in any of the instances but because the police are awaiting written complaints.
On Friday night, farmer Jamuna Prasad (60) of Nakatia village was strolling residence after shopping for greens when he was hit by a motorcycle.As he fell down, he was run over by a sugarcane-laden tractor on Pilibhit-Basti NH 730. The automobile was impounded by the police however the driver fled the spot, stated station home officer (SHO) Rupa Visht.
The second accident occured on Saturday morning close to the Pilibhit district Justice of the Peace’s residence when the bike of Kunwar Sen of Tah village and his spouse, Ram Beti (50), was hit by a tractor.
