LUCKNOW: Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has filed a prosecution criticism below the provisions of Prevention of Cash Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) in reference to the case of fraudulent sale of waqf property towards 4 folks in a Lucknow particular courtroom.

ED investigation revealed that Waqf property was fraudulently transformed as non waqf, bought regularized from Lucknow Growth Authority (LDA) and was bought.
Earlier, on this case varied searches have been carried out and movable properties value Rs 2.72 crore have been connected in June 2022.
Mustafa Khan who’s the principle accused within the matter was arrested by ED on August 8, 2023.
He’s at the moment in judicial custody and his bail has been rejected by the particular courtroom.
