Auto driver resists loot bid by bikers, shot at in Aashiana | Lucknow Information




LUCKNOW: Three motorcycle-borne miscreants shot at an auto driver for resisting loot from him within the intervening evening of Sunday and Monday in Aashiana.
The sufferer, Anil Kumar Pandey (40) of Sharda Nagar Vistar, suffered bullet accidents in his waist and had been admitted to Trauma Centre of KGMU.
The assault was executed at the start line of the railway over bridge (RoB) on the railway line near Kila Police outpost in Aashiana.
The miscreants sped off the scene unchallenged.
The auto rickshaw driver was intercepted at gunpoint whereas the miscreants tried to loot his cell phone and cash.
The driving force reached the native police station whereas bleeding by wounds and narrated his ordeal to the policemen.
The policemen current on the police station knowledgeable their seniors in regards to the incident and took the driving force to the closest hospital for remedy. The medical doctors examined his situation and referred him to the Trauma Centre.
Later within the night, SHO Aashiana was despatched to the North zone of commissionerate police and Indiranagar inspector Chatrapal was given the cost of Aashiana police.
The outgoing DCP (East) Hirdesh Kumar, who had reached the spot after getting details about the incident, stated that the situation of the injured auto driver was steady. “To nab the miscreants, a group has been deployed. A map of the routes by which the criminals may need fled is being ready and the footage of CCTV cameras is being scanned,” he stated.
