To handle the problem of disposing of lifeless pets and strays, the Lucknow Municipal Company (LMC) has determined to arrange an electrical crematorium close to the TS Mishra Medical College. A proposal for a similar was permitted by LMC Home final Saturday.

The state capital has over 9,000 registered and an estimated 20,000 non-registered pets, stated further municipal commissioner (animal welfare) Dr Arvind Rao, including the town has a inhabitants of round 80,000 avenue canine.
