Uttar Pradesh: Businessman’s 13-year-old son kidnapped for Rs 15 lakh discovered lifeless in forest

CHITRAKOOT: The physique of a businessman’s son allegedly kidnapped from Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh for Rs 15 lakh ransom, was recovered on Sunday.
The deceased Shubh Kesarwani (13) had mysteriously disappeared from his store at Shankargarh on Saturday night. He was son of businessman Pushpraj Kesarwani alias Vicky.
His physique was discovered within the forests of Arwari together with his mouth gagged, and fingers and legs tied with a rope, reported PTI quoting Bargarh SHO Anjani Kumar Singh.
The SHO stated that it appeared that Shubh Kesarwani was hit on the pinnacle with a heavy stone which brought on his demise.
Round 9pm on Saturday, Pushpraj had acquired a name from an unknown individual, demanding a ransom of Rs 15 lakh.
The physique has been despatched for a postmortem. Senior police officers of the district have reached the spot and are attempting to exercise the case.
