LUCKNOW: Unrecognised faculties will now need to face the music because the state authorities has determined to impose a high quality of as much as Rs 1 lakh, moreover authorized motion, towards such establishments.
An intensive marketing campaign shall be launched throughout the state until October 10 to establish such faculties. Initially, these faculties must pay a penalty of Rs 1 lakh and if the violation continues, a high quality of Rs 10,000 per day shall be imposed. Director, fundamental training, Mahendra Dev has requested all fundamental training officers to provoke the marketing campaign and act powerful towards defaulters. Block training officers have been directed to submit an inventory of unlawful faculties working within the state together with correct proof to assist their findings.
