UP CM Yogi Adityanath gives prayers at Mahakal | Lucknow Information

LUCKNOW: CM began his daylong tour to Indore and Ujjain on Wednesday with a go to to the Mahakal temple. He reached Mahakal Lok by helicopter from the Indore airport and later posted “Jai Mahakal” on social media.
A authorities spokesperson stated the CM carried out a sacred consecration ritual for Mahakal with cow’s milk, ghee, curd, honey, sugar and fruit juice. The ceremony included the worship of Mahakal with panchamrit, Rudraksh garlands, bilva leaves, makhana garlands, saffron, sandalwood and aromatic perfumes.
“From there the CM proceeded to Bhartrihari caves. He was welcomed with garlands of Rudraksh and pearls and later offered with a brass trident. There, he visited the sacred meditation websites of Guru Gorakhnath, King Bhartrihari and Gopichand Maharaj,” the official stated.
