Delhi Homicide Information: Janakpuri girl, daughter killed by kin over property | Agra Information

AGRA: A 55-year-old girl and her adopted daughter, 22, each residents of Janakpuri in Delhi, had been allegedly overwhelmed to dying by her in-laws over a property dispute in Aligarh district, barely per week after her husband’s dying.
The double homicide happened at Kaimthal below the district’s Gonda police limits on Monday when Mukesh Devi was attending her husband’s ‘terahvin’ (ritual carried out on the thirteenth day of the mourning interval) together with daughter Priyanka at her in-laws’ place. Mukesh Devi’s nephew Bablu added, “My aunt married Surender Singh of Kaimthal almost 30 years in the past. They later settled in Delhi. Her daughter was working at a personal agency in Delhi,” a neighbour stated.
