MUZAFFARNAGAR: A First Data Report (FIR) was registered in opposition to Alt Information co-founder Mohammad Zubair in Uttar Pradesh’s Muzaffarnagar on Monday for allegedly revealing the id of a minor boy, who was slapped by his classmates over the instruction of a instructor at Khubbapur village of the district.
In response to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sanjeev Suman, the case had been lodged beneath Part 74 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Safety of Youngsters) Act, 2015.

The accuser, Vishnu Dutt, claimed that Zubair uncovered the id of the boy by sharing a video of the incident on social media.
On a Friday, a video that includes Tripta Tyagi, a college instructor, grew to become extensively common on-line. The video depicted a scenario wherein a Muslim second-grade scholar was slapped by his fellow classmates, supposedly as a result of not finishing his homework. In her protection, Tyagi asserted that the video had been altered to provide a communal angle to the problem. She contended that the video had been recorded by the scholar’s uncle.
The instructor stated although it was fallacious on her half to get a scholar slapped by his classmates, she was compelled to do it as she is handicapped and was not in a position to rise up and attain the scholar who had not carried out his task.
