AGRA: A 5-year-old boy died in Mathura’s Govardhan after he was brutally thrashed and tossed to the bottom by a person dressed as a seer. CCTV footage purportedly displaying the accused grabbing the kid’s leg and hurling him to the ground on a pilgrimage route surfaced on Sunday and is being broadly circulated on social media.
The kid, whose father runs a small retailer, was taking part in exterior his home close to Radhakund Neighborhood Centre when the person all of a sudden went after him. The boy died on the spot after being smashed twice onto the bottom. Native residents instantly caught the person and assaulted him. Police later took him away.
Police stated the incident occurred on Saturday night and the person has been recognized as Omprakash, 52, a resident of Bhind district in Madhya Pradesh. The motive for the assault isn’t identified but, police added. The autopsy report is awaited.
SP (rural), Trigun Bisen, stated on Sunday, “An FIR was registered below IPC part 302 (homicide) following a criticism by the sufferer’s father.
