Uttar Pradesh’s Gola Gokarnnath dies of cardiac arrest


By Press Belief of India: BJP MLA from Gola Gokarnnath constituency Arvind Giri died because of a cardiac arrest on his approach to Lucknow on Tuesday, stated a celebration chief.

Giri (65), a resident of Tirath locality, is survived by his spouse Sudha Giri, two sons and as many daughters, stated household sources.

In response to celebration leaders, Giri was travelling to Lucknow in his automobile when he felt uneasy and was taken to a hospital in Sidhauli the place he died.

Sunil Kumar Singh, district president of the BJP, confirmed Giri’s dying and expressed grief.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, meeting speaker Satish Mahana and several other ministers too condoled the demise of the legislator.

Giri attended a number of programmes on Monday and visited Gola Gokarnanath Temple to watch its survey.

He began his profession as a bodily teacher at Gola inter faculty and joined energetic politics in 1995 when he was elected as Gola Nagarpalika chairman.

In 1996, he contested from Hyderabad meeting (now Gola) seat on a Samajwadi Get together ticket and received. He represented the seat within the meeting as an SP MLA in 1996, 2002 and 2007.

In 2017, he switched sides and received because the BJP candidate from Gola. Giri retained the seat through the not too long ago concluded Uttar Pradesh meeting elections.
