Three folks have been rescued and some others are feared trapped below particles after a constructing collapsed on Tuesday at Helang close to subsidence-hit Joshimath in Chamoli district, officers mentioned.
Extra Data Officer of the district Ravindra Negi mentioned these rescued have been rushed to a hospital whereas State Catastrophe Response Drive (SDRF) personnel have been making an attempt to securely convey out the others trapped within the constructing.
