लखनऊ: (Bilkis Bano Case) बिल्किस बानो के दोषियों को दुबारा जेल भेजने की मांग के साथ चल रहा, अल्पसंख्यक कांग्रेस का प्रदेशव्यापी एक हफ़्ते का न्याय अभियान, आज जुलूसों और कैंडल मार्च के साथ समाप्त हुआ।

Let us inform that Minority Congress State President Shahnawaz Alam issued a statement saying that on the instructions of Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi ji, a campaign was launched from 22 to 28 August for action against the culprits. In this campaign, lakhs of people have signed and demanded that the culprits of Bilkis be sent to jail again. During this, a signature campaign was conducted by setting up camps in women's schools, Dalit settlements, mosques-madrasas, markets. He said that after the response of the Supreme Court to the notice given to the Gujarat government on the release of the convicts, the agitation would be held again as per the circumstances.

बता दें कि अल्पसंख्यक कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष शाहनवाज़ आलम ने एक बयान जारी करते हुए कहा, कि कांग्रेस महासचिव प्रियंका गांधी जी के निर्देश पर 22 से 28 अगस्त तक दोषियों पर कार्रवाई के लिए अभियान चलाया गया था। इस अभियान में लाखों लोगों ने हस्ताक्षर कर बिल्किस के दोषियों को दुबारा जेल भेजने की मांग की है। इस दौरान महिला विद्यालयों, दलित बस्तियों, मस्जिदों-मदरसों, बाज़ारों में कैम्प लगाकर हस्ताक्षर अभियान चलाया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा दोषियों के छोड़े जाने पर गुजरात सरकार को दिये गए नोटिस के जवाब के बाद स्थितियों के अनुरूप फिर से आंदोलन किया जाएगा।

Shahnawaz Alam said, that in order to maintain the confidence of the common people in the court, it is necessary that the convicts of Bilkis should go to jail again. If this doesn't happen then in future no rape victim will have the courage to go to court for justice. Describing the silence of Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav and BSP leader Mayawati on Bilkis as shameful, he said, that only Priyanka Gandhi and Congress are standing with Bilkis Bano.

शाहनवाज़ आलम ने कहा, कि न्यायालय में आम लोगों के भरोसे को क़ायम रखने के लिए ज़रूरी है, कि बिल्किस के दोषी दुबारा जेल जाएं। अगर ऐसा नहीं होता है तो भविष्य में कोई भी बलात्कार पीड़िता न्याय के लिए अदालत जाने का साहस नहीं कर पाएगी। उन्होंने बिल्किस मामले पर सपा मुखिया अखिलेश यादव और बसपा नेत्री मायावती की चुप्पी को शर्मनाक बताते हुए कहा, कि सिर्फ़ प्रियंका गांधी और कांग्रेस ही बिल्किस बानो के साथ खड़ी हैं।
